We offer an extended warranty from 12 to 24 months depending on brand and technology. Warranty is provided on equipment used 8 or fewer hours per day by customer. When using the equipment for more than 8-10 hours per day, the warranty period is reduced proportionally, but not less than the threshold declared by the manufacturer warranty.
We guarantee to carry out the warranty repair during the warranty period.
We guarantee the exercise of any warranty repairs to be no longer than 14 calendar days, excluding delivery of necessary components. The Sale of Equipment Contract authorizes the warranty and calculates it from the date specified in the purchase.
Hardware Warranty is available only if the equipment was connected by our experts (installation of "turnkey"), or in the presence or leadership of our experts Chief - installation). If the equipment is assembled by customer alone, it is removed from the guarantee unconditionally.
In case of equipment malfunction, we are committed to make a warranty repair to fix the defects as quickly as possible.
If repair time is later estimated to be longer than we promised, we will give notification prior to reparation
If you are not satisfied with the terms of warranty repair, we will provide you with alternate solutions.
The warranty applies to all physical components of the purchased equipment, with the exception of supplies, removable manipulations and nozzles, nozzle holders, and manipulations.
The warranty for the replaced components ceases along with hardware warranty.
All transit costs for items shipped for repair by Advance Esthetic or replaced by Advance Esthetic is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Consumer is responsible to notify our company by phone to request any assistance with product function prior to shipping product back us for any repair or replacement.
If you wish to return your merchandise within 30 days of your original date of purchase, simply follow the steps below:
Obtain pre-authorization for return from Advance Esthetic by contacting customer service by phone at (786) 530-6295.
Items must be in brand-new condition and returned in original packaging. Advance Esthetic cannot offer a full refund without our original manufacturer packaging.
Items returned without original packaging and in sellable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products are additional and non-refundable.
Damages must be reported to carrier at the time of delivery or to Advance-Esthetic within 24 hours.
