Training Policy

Thank you for choosing Advance Esthetic and Congratulations on your new

Zemits Device. Before scheduling your 45-minute virtual training session

with one of our educators, please carefully read and understand the

following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Setting:

Select the day, time and educator of your preference.
We reserve the right to contact you via phone calls, text messages and emails for scheduling and session-related communication.

2. Confirmation:

Once the session is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or text message.
Please review the details of your appointment and make sure you have the device with you on the scheduled day.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our Customer Service Department at least 48 hours in advance.

We do not maintain a list of cancellations, as most changes occur the same day or minutes before training.

4. Communication:

We may contact you via phone call, text message, or email for updates, reminders, or important changes related to your training session.

5. Training content:

The training provided does not grant a professional license.
It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary professional licenses from the appropriate state board.

6. Responsibility:

Advance Esthetic assumes no responsibility for any injuries, damages, or consequences arising from the misuse or improper use of the device,

nor from a lack of maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation of the device.

7. Preparation:

As an essential requirement before scheduling your 45-minute virtual training with one of our educators,

customers must complete the full online training course.

9. Confidentiality:

Any materials, techniques or information provided during training are confidential and for the client's personal use only.
By continuing to schedule your individual training session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound

by these terms and conditions.
