I recently had the pleasure of training with Jenice, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping others grow in the beauty industry. Her teaching style is clear, supportive, and hands-on — I left the training feeling confident, excited, and ready to elevate my services. I’m absolutely in love with my machine! It’s a multifunctional system with 4 treatments in one: hydrodermabrasion, serum infusion, vacuum therapy, and oxygen rejuvenation. My clients are already seeing amazing results and loving the glow! Could not be happier with my purchase and experience so far!! I have received nothing but fantastic support from first contact with the Zemits company to now. First, Erica was so helpful during the purchasing process of my Dermeluxx Pro device, and continues to be quick to respond whenever I have a question. I just had my live virtual training session with Lina yesterday, and she was very pleasant and thorough, allowing me to ask questions and taking her time to ensure I have a full understanding of the device. It puts my mind at ease to know I have both of these ladies to reach out to if I need help with anything. Furthermore, both myself and my clients have been blown away by the results the Dermeluxx Pro provides! HydroDiamond is my new favorite facial-I am obsessed! I recently bought a DermeLuxx and am blown away at this machine. I come from another "big name" company and the cost and quality of consumables were just not great, and the machine was SO loud. The ingredients used by Zemits are of high quality, the consumables are low cost and of quality and the customer service is on point. I love the education and the machine is powerful but doesnt sound like an engine taking off during your service like other machines. My trainer Jenice was very knowledgeable, kind and was a great added bonus to purchasing this device. My clients have been loving their results and we are just getting started.
